A customer is getting this error from QuickTurn 2D Design:

Cannot create file"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Denford\Machines\QuickTurn_MML". The file cannot be accessed by the system.
Either the software has not installed correctly, or the establishment has network security in place which is preventing access to the All Users folder.
From a default installation, this folder should contain the following files:
- Microturn_Basic_Tooling.MML
- Microturn_Recommended_Tooling.MML
- QuickTURN_Default.MML
If it doesn't contain these files or they are empty, then the system/network administrator needs to check why the software did not install correctly.
If the folder is not accessible for Read+Write from the student login, then it needs making so.
