Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

This also seems to be appearing if you try to connect to a USB machine when it is either powered off, or the USB cable is not connected

also found that on a restricted PC, if you have installed the USB driver correctly under administrator, but then connect the USB cable into a different port, Windows will lose the driver - it sees the device as being new again, being a restricted user will not then let the device load onto the new port.

Check in device manager -> USB devices for the Baldor USB device
If its not there then this is causing the error message.

Hope to fix VR Milling V5 soon to trap the error and give a more meaningful message

Fixed v5.13 so that it wont cause an exception - it now continues to check all methods of comms (USB and COM ports) and will show an appropriate message if no machine was found.
