v5.42 Some updates to help when decimal seperator is not a decimal point
v5.42 changes to improve jog feed control when in inch mode on the micromill
v5.42 fix for arcs on large tools in 3D simulation- update fixed in Denvrxm.ocx
v5.42 added then removed some debugging for issues in Brasil with NAN - currently this version working ok
v5.42 changes to do with copying installed appdata into users documents
v5.42 fixes to control panel and control knobs when on 125% large font/DPI setting
v5.42 changes to do with pausing mid cycle
v5.42 fixed issue where you are unable to zero the 4th axis counter (due to changing a component)
