What machine do you have?

Is it a Router with USB connection?

If the computer sends a move command to the Machine and this is not acknowledged then the move is sent again. If for some reason the moves are not being recognised due to a communication error then the sent moves build up in the buffer until it is full.

The fault indicates a communication failure.

Powering off the machine and computer then restarting will cure this most times.

If it is a recurrent problem make sure of the following:

If using a laptop the power supply should be plugged in.
The USB cable is not extended beyound 2M external to the machine.
The USB connection is good and not wrapped around other cables
Try another port on your PC

Also make sure the machine has the current firmware and that you are running the curent version of VR Milling.

Download the current version and when you have installed the latest version of VR Milling install and run easy upgrader from the same CD

Easy upgrader will updat all the firmware including the USB Comms.

This message was a problem on machines 3 or 4 years ago and was fixed with a firmware update.

:D
