A couple of people have complained that the PM system doesn't seem to be working because their messages go into the Outbox and stay there.

I think what happens is that a PM will stay in your outbox until that person next logs in, or views the message...
It makes sense I suppose because its not an email as such, and dosn't actually "go" anywhere, it just sits there until the other person reads or deletes it.
