To admin re downlading the PKS Digiplan sd2 manual

Hi
Ive tried several times to download the PKS Digiplan sd2 manual from your support page at Denford.com > support tab > Downloads > Legacy manuals and drawings > Parker Digiplan SD2 SD3 SD5 Stepper Drives User Guide
URL: files/sd2_179.pdf
All I get is this message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /bb/files/sd2_179.pdf on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.denfordata.com Port 80
Could someone have look into it please.
