Nothing to do with me, save for having bought a couple.

They are a Bourne quadrature encoder with up to 240 step per rev. No detents - but I don't see that as a disadvantage.

They should pretty much just connect directly to your breakout board for use with Mach3. I'm going to use them for X&Z traverse on my lathe for a sort of manual option for quick, little jobs. Beats using the cursor keys!
