// 1.12 - When posting out, the TOOLDIAM (used in TOOLDEF) is now output correctly. This helps when the plan description isn't updated to reflect a new tool diameter being set (TOOLDEF Dxxx is the actual value that's been used by QC)

// 1.12 - Added arc drawing by start, centre, end
