Re: Cyclone with 300 and 438 alarms
Thanks Martin. I sent the drive to pennine and they have confirmed that it is faulty and a replacement is on its way. Just wondered if you have the procedure for resetting the absolute encoder position/home position as it was lost when the batteries died. Are there limit switches? Or some makers mar...

Re: Cyclone with 300 and 438 alarms
Wiring all looks good, double checked all the connectors were okay. I disconnected the motor from the x axis drive and still got the error- thought that this would rule out an issue with the motor. Then i swapped over the z and x axis drives completely - now the 441 error is on the z axis. Does this...

Took the pipes off the top of the cylinder one by one and found that an internal seal had gone.

Re: Denford senior 510 alarm
Hi Mick,
I had this overtravel alarm on my triac, to solve it i took off the cover and wound the axis by hand off the limit switch and into the middle of its travel.

Re: Cyclone with 300 and 438 alarms
I have checked to parameters and mostly they are as the list you have given me. Some have been changed as they correspond to backlash but others are harder to decipher. Do you know where I can find detail of what each numbered parameter refers to? When the batteries died on the servo drives would I ...

Re: Fanuc Triac - ATC Problem
I inverted the pipes to the cylinder last night, the carosel moved forward to the spindle, but when i inputted a M20 to retract it, i still failed to retract. Put the pipes back on as they should be, then watched the soleniods. When i used the M20 an LED on the centre solenoid lit up but when I used...

Re: Fanuc Triac - ATC Problem
Hi, I tested this last night. The M20 works fine, even when there is a tool in the spindle, but the M21 doesn't make the carousel retract., although it can be pushed back by hand. https://youtu.be/5w_I0Fdyeps Seems like more air comes out of the exhaust under the cabinet when i input the M21 The air...

Re: Cyclone with 300 and 438 alarms

Now the 401 and 438 alarms have gone, and i am getting a 441 alarm - n AXIS : ABNORMAL CURRENT OFFSET Any i...
