Hi, I just made a load of these for my cyclone. They are rough bored to 22mm the idea being they get bored true in the turret. You can buy a couple of these off me if you like, or you can have the two I already had which are bored to 25mm. James

Did the machine manage to find the tool carousel height on its own or did you have to tell it the offset?

Edit... Just had a look, obviously the he carousel is attached to the head so no calibration needed.

Been busy so only just had a chance to take the chuck off so I'm resurrecting this post!
The cyclone has an a2-3 nose on it, does anyone have a spare air chuck and associated plumbing for a fanuc cyclone? Or details on where I can get it?

Hi, I think the carousel just needs to be referenced. Make sure the carousel is on pocket one and input m27 on mdi.

My cyclone has a 125mm Pratt burnard 3 jaw chuck, just wondered if it is possible to mount a 160mm chuck. Obviously will need to machine a larger adapter plate.
Thought that I had read somewhere the maximum chuck size for a cyclone was 150mm but can't find any info now.
