What DC voltage are you sending to the spindle motor.
The motor will run overspeed if it has become demagnetised but if you spply too high a voltage to it you will get arking on the armature and may cause permenant damage to the motor.

Re: Micro Router 2nd Hand
Hi, Glad it seems to be working. You may have been better running the fans off the 24V supply as if you are using the 12V or 5V supply this will increase the heating effect on the voltage regulator on the control card.
Hopefully the cooling fixes this.

Can you make the voltage measurements on the spindle drive and report?

Re: Triac PC spindle motor speed varies by its self
Measure the 0-10V DC analog input to the spindle drive.
It should be 10V at max speed. 5V at half speed. Is this voltage going up and down or stable?
Next measure the DC motor voltage going to the motor is this going up and down?
It could be motor brushes or the motor tachometer

Re: Compact 1000 pro E-stop and off on switch
The Z home switch is wired to Terminals TB1 and TB7 with Violet wires. We discussed how to view the Debug I/O in the software. If you remove the violet wire from the Z Datum input in TB 1 then try and home the machine If the Z home input is working the Z axis will think it is on the limit switch and...

Re: Feed speeds displayed incorrectly.
Try turning turbo mode off as the program reads ahead as far as the next modal change. The feed displayed will be the feed where's the program has read ahead to.
If you turn turbo off the machine will display the feed of the actual currently exicuted line.

I have read back through some of your unanswered posts and think that the questions are too vague and are not easy to answer. Denford hold...
