I seem to remember updating the code a while back to help fix sequence table entries going missing - as I remember it was problems with NT (which you'd also get in XP) over windows 95/98
Have you got the latest version ? (see: http://www.denford.co.uk/technical-support.asp)

There should be two files on the flash disk - depending on age of disk. One is the actual text of your flash license, the other is an EXE which contains the flash code and will put it in the right place. You should be able to take whatever is in the INI text file paste it into cim.ini Also, try chan...

Hi,
I've put a few more DOS software disk images and PDF's on our main website. FanucSLD is there now.
Go to http://www.denford.co.uk/technical-support.asp
I'm hoping Mr Magoo can do some sort of guide as to how you create a DOS disk for your particular machine.

I'm pretty sure G18 and G19 only works fully on the latest control cards which are the NextMove ST (with the green seven segment displays) along with VR Milling V5. You could try setting the expand Arcs to Lines option in parameters in VR Milling v5.xx this will break arcs and helicals into lots of ...

There are .keys files in C:\Program Files\Denford\VRMilling5 - or wherever the vrmilling5.exe is located. You select the COM port and the .KEYS file to use in setup->machine parameters in VR Milling 5 under Input / Output Devices I think you will want to use Fanuc0M.keys depending on the overlay you...

Can we use the Desktop Tutor with VR Milling 5 ?

A few other questions: - Are we able to use the Desktop Tutor to control the Triac at the same time as using the software? - There are several sample CNC programs supplied with VR CNC Milling, should we be able to run ...

It can only be a problem with one of the following, we just need to eliminate them as best we can: Transmit RS232 cabling (as the recieve appears to be working) - check all wires are intact right from the PC, through the cabinet connectors and to the control card. The port on the PC, or on the contr...

Its sounds like the blanks are not being held in line . The centres of both ends holding the blanks must be in line, otherwise you will get tapered cutting. You should hold a part that you know is not tapered - maybe some quality 1" bar, and run a clock (dial test indictor) along the top and side of...

Does your Triac rack-upgrade card have a USB connection ? If it does try that. Like I say, I got the exact same error when I tried control type 7 with only RS232 cable connected. OK with type 9. Its to do with a problem I have located and fixed now in 5.13 (coming soon  ) I have a feeling that the control type in: Setup -> machine parameters -> denny -> communications has changed to 7 because it couldn't find the control as type 9 at some time previously, the access violation though i...
