Thanks a lot again for your help. I found that I need to watch a little better when transferring files to the Quick CAM. I have ran 3 cars this morning. Everything is up and running fine right now. (knock on wood)

Customer writes back...... I figured workbench out. The workbench software assigns the 'node' number to the controller. The turn was set to node 1. I reset it to node 2 then easy upgrader and turning software worked just fine. I'm back in business. FYI...we have had a number of power surges recently...
