Customer getting message External Exception E06D7363 when using VRMilling and when NOT connected to machine. This rules out a problem with the USB connection. Customer writes back...... I figured workbench out. The workbench software assigns the 'node' number to the controller. The turn was set to node 1. I reset it to node 2 then easy upgrader and turning software worked just fine. I'm back in business. FYI...we have had a number of power surges recently...
