Re: Unable to prepare layers for printing
The classical turning it off and on again usually works if the problem crops up. But, if it doesn't, it will be because the SD card is corrupt and hasn't been programmed properly by the software. This can be fixed using the UP Inspector software which comes installed on the users computer when the s...

Re: Unable to prepare layers for printing
I guess this is a problem about the SD card. Turn off the printer and close the software. Remove the front cover of the printer, reinsert the SD card. UP Inspector Close the UP software and locate the UP Inspector program located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\UP\ UPInspector.exe Run the UP Inspector an...

Re: Problem with new UP printer
Hi Pete, sorry for the problems, glad you are sorted. i could see no reason for the "Clicking" noise, especially as it occurred once per revolution. Only thing i could think of was a molding fault on the gear.

Hi Pete,
Thanks for the video, it is repeatable on both the X and Y axes but does not seem to effect the quality, i think the way forward may be to try new pulleys.

Re: Problem with new UP printer
Hi Pete, Unfortunately i never got the e mail and video, wonder if our Spam / AV stopped it coming through to me? If you drop me an e mail (gbradley@denford.co.uk) with your contact details, i will send you out 4 new timing belt pulleys. I think this will cure the problem, it did on our demo unit, b...

Hi Pete,
I thought you were going to report back to me (Graham Bradley) by phone, what your findings were when you had inspected the axes?

Re: Spares needed for Novaturn please.
We have none of these items in stock. We think you have the wrong number of teeth for the encoder belt - it should be 180T we think. The 90T belt is for the Z axis motor. We don't have stock of the 180T belt either. Your local bearing / pulley / belting supplier might we worth a call
