I'm having problems getting a good quality thread and I've been playing about with it, but to no avail. I was wondering if the spindle speed and feedrate overide controls need to be on a certain setting to ensure that they are synchronised, or does the software take care of that automatically? I've ...

Ok, just ran a program and it did start to run and I can now move the tool in x, y and Z :fireworks: :fireworks:

Just checked and the sliders do move on the screen when the pots are turned.

We tried changing the keys to other ones but this made no difference. In auto mode the 2 sliders are greyed out. We currently cannot run a program which was the reason why we updated the software in the first place as we thought it would help. :cry: The VR software was fine until we installed the V2...

We have tried the procedure mentioned in the last post. Still having no joy. :cry:

The jog feed, we have tried at differnet speeds. It still has made no difference.

We've re-installed the old software (2.29) But the same thing is happening! :( We have Triac selected although there is a TriacNS option (don't think that it's that one - ours is a Triac PC)

What is the Mint program and what do we need to do to revert back to the old mint?
