Renewing Laser Cartridge

Hello again gents, As a follow up to my previous posts I am now experiencing very much the same symptoms as before!! Beam is aligned etc etc but cutting is painful to observe across the entire bed!! Methinks it's time for a replacement laser cartridge. Could you advise on a price and if I am able to...

I am adjusting the first mirror housing (on the left) taken the part cover off, 2 small crosshead screws, and can get to the three screws of the housing. Re-aligned beam using three Allen screws.
Just put all the parts back-BINGO Brand new machine!
Superb !

The beam alignment is way out!!!
How do I remove and re-install the laser cartridge please?

Please can you help? My machine is not cutting or rastering consistently. It is fine to the left side of the table, but when asked to do a job that fills the bed, cutting is no where near going through material (3mm acrylic) and etching/rastering is barely visible to the right and lower parts of the...
