Re: mirac dos and window98 era

you can copy the programm with external "dikette reader" from pc win7 and put it in w98 pc.
i do this and it work perfect.
denford mirac oct 1989 knew canned cycles (for exemple G71 G76 ) so you can use recent software correctly postprocessed with fanuc.

Re: Setting zero issues

hi pete happy you could turn a piece i 've got same trouble in the beginning. for the parting tool, you must choose another by "setting tool" with the tutor keypad. you find 2 or 3 mm possible. i think you can't change the "stop position " on the atc if it's the barufaldi like mirac. it's the caract...

Re: fanuc with mirac

thank martin
the idea is to know if it's possible to adapt a post pro for featurecam, mastercam, etc to work with a mirac.
unfortunately, denford don't sell softs if you're not a school.

Re: hello desk top trouble on mirac

thank for the prompt answer martin

i find:
db9 to db25 :

2 to 20
3 to 2
4 to 3
5 to 8
6 to 22
7 to 5
8 to 4

this seems different than your exemple, but i'm not shure if my cable is good or not,
did you think that i've to rebuild a lead like your example or not?
