Triac keeps tripping my RCD - help
my triac is connected to an RCD, I turn the triac on and everything is fine, I can move all axis around and its all good, start the spindle and then aboutg 5 second later the RCD trips. checked with a multi meter and doesn't seem to be any connection between motor and ground. i have the exact same starmill and have the same problem.
do an m6 command, XYZ go to required position, atc comes in, z lowers, tool releases, z goes up and then nothing and it times out.

bit of a common theme of recent times that my x table isn't great. its not sounding very smooth at all, the ball screw seems fine so assuming its the two bearings. they are cheap enough to swap out. ive asked this before and ill ask it again how do you work out correctly how tight to do the tab nut ...
