Gold Acrylic on the laser

I recently asked if I could cut brass on my versalaser 4.60 and was told no

So, when asked if I could make something with gold or silver acrylic I thought I better seek the oracle before proceeding ...

Any comments guys ?

Is it safe and will it work ?

Thanks

Hi there - Can I safely cut brass sheet say 0.2mm thickness with my 50W VLS 4.60 ?

If so what settings would you suggest ?

Cleaning Honeycomb cutting table

My pre used (ex-school, supplied by Denford) VLS4.60 honeycomb cutting table has probably never been cleaned. It looks more like a BBQ grill the morning after a party :( So how do you suggest cleaning it ? I have removed the loose debris but the baked on charcoal / resin / acrylic is pretty extensiv...
