Re: Help VMC TRIAC

Hi, I'm still here...
Ok, the machine works and I have already done some work but when I turn off and turn on does not keep in memory the tool and I have to reset with M27 (RESET CAROUSEL TO POCKET ONE).
The problem was there before the break of Baldor card.
Any ideas?
Thanks again.

Re: Help VMC TRIAC

YESSSSSS!!!! I did it! :fireworks: :lolol:
The machine works!
The fault has been an abnormal contact of a fuse on the backplane!
Thank you all for your advice and thanks to Denford for the support.

Re: Help VMC TRIAC

When i try homing the X axis baldor card writes "H"
When i try homing the Y axis baldor card writes "8"
When i try homing the Z axis baldor card writes "8"

I checked DC on terminals shown on the picture: is not present.
I checked all fuses in the axis card and in backplane: are ok.

In the old card is installed the type processor KB12 and the silver clock crystal is 12MHz.
In the new card is installed the type processor KB20 and the silver clock crystal is 16MHz.
