Thanks again. No, when purchased it had not been used for 10 years but was sitting in a corner looking brand new (all together with computer but no leads plugged in). Guessing that computer was not the one that had it running even though all software was on it and it came with original floppy discs....

Are you saying the dongle runs Mill Cam Designer & not Fanucm? If so then the dongle is working correctly but may never have been programed for Fanucm? From what I can see Fanucm is offline software. Thanks again Martin. I downloaded Drivers2 as you suggested, but did not put it in the Fanucsmd folder as you can see. I placed the fanucsmd, starmill and drivers2 in the Denford folder. I will put the drivers2 folder into the fanucsmd folder tomorrow and have another go. I am getting really excited...

I tried the downloads.
I unzipped them to the hardrive. I don't know if they installed properly.
