Hey, we are back to work on this machine, does any have any idea on how to test the drive cards?
We are going to be checking out the EMO circuit to make sure that is ok.

How do you test the drive cards, so what pin in the power on and what should it read.

1. yes the axis move with or without the emo pressed
2. now the spindle will rotate using the serect home button
3. now the spindle and the Y axis time out, instead of just the spindle
4. Nothing moves when you try to home
5. I only get time out message nothing esle

OK that worked to ge the spindle to respond, I decide to recheck whether you can turn the motor with the EMO push in in and yes I can move the belt drive and the screw with and with the EMO pressed.

Hey there, I have a couple questions, first how do I check out the axis modules to make sure they are working correctly. Second is there a way to get to the ladder logic diagram, so search for the probelm that way. The probelm seems to be with the communation from the software to to the electrical b...

Yes I did check all the fuses and circuit breakers. The air pressure is about ninety going into the black box on the back of the machine, which I believe controls the pneumatics, on the inside of the box there is a check valve and a value that when I adjust the pressure on the inside valve it lowers...

I've checked all the fuses except for F4 because I can't find it. I checked all the one by the eurocard too. One thing I did notice is GR is engaged. When i press the EMO the ESR disengages and so does the GR. When I release the EMO the ESR engages and 10 seconds later the GR engages. I don't know i...

I'll check again the fuses, we had to replace the fuse holders and I believe they are all new fuses.

I tried changing it to Triac VME with loading it with ALLOFFSETS.MOF and with default setting. Still nothing moves. It recognizes if the door is opened or closed or if the EMO is pressed but still nothing moves

We went though the ESR circuit and that is working fine. For some reason the Electrical Box is working fine we have communications, it recognizes if the door is open or the emo as been pressed, but it will not home, we can't move any of the axises, I was able to move them manually so they are not st...

I have got far enough to tell if there is power to the motors, it doesn't look like it right now, I found the Pnumatics box and was able to get the tool change to move up and down. Are you talk about breakers in the main power box, I didn't find any in there.

I have a Triac VMC, We finally got the software running (VRmilling Ver.5) and connected to the machine (with the USB connection), it says it is homing but nothing moves.
