sorry, perhaps i mislead you when i run the programme, Z drops 25mm then it hangs at line 40 and then error message T2 machine timed out. i did as suggested but no change i changed the tool library and quickcam pro to say the same thing at tool 2, 3mm ball I.T. wont upgrade programme as yet..."too b...

I have tried as suggested, but no change.
I have tried changing manually, all tool data to be the same for tool 2, a 3mm ball, in Quickcam and VRmilling.
any other suggestions please

have used quickCAM 1.9.0.97

then opened with VR milling 5.20.0.422 (fnc file attached)

programme stops at line 40 machine error "T3" operation timed out

we get the error message "move buffer full" now and again, there appears to be no pattern to this and it happens intermittently. This particular occurrence is during a run of a repeat job and has run successfully 4 times before this error. Nothing has changed...so were at a loss as to what to do i w...

Hi

when we draw a circle and export to machine it cuts anti clockwise...is there a way we can set the default to so it will run clockwise each time....when we cut perspex it cuts a much cleaner circle running clockwise because of the cutting edge on the tooling

were having sporadic problems when trying to home Z...the head wants to go down untill it hits the bottom....sometimes switching the machine off then back on will cure the problem

any thoughts

V2/Vista

we have V2 and are running windows vista home premium....when we open the programme there are 2 strips of missing grid dots.... the curser 'locks on' to the grid at all points...we have updated to the latest video drivers.....any help?
